- Online reservation can be cancelled before 72hrs of the check-in time from your own login only by visiting List and Cancel Reservation [as per below screenshot], money will be refunded back to origin source after deducting ₹100 from the Accommodation charges.
- Offline & Group booking reservation can be cancelled before 72hrs by sending email to rooms@vkendra.org with bank details and money will be refunded back after deducting ₹100 per 3 rooms.
- No refund thereafter.
Example : For your Online Reservation, you can see cancel button for particular active reservation for which more than 72hrs is remaining from the Schedule check-in time. If the reservation is of 20th, then you can able to cancel the reservation before 8am of 17th. The money will be refunded back to origin source after deducting ₹100 from the Accommodation charges only.
